What’s Your Ideal Day, Week or Month?

Although during a work week for example, I might be a lot in the burn and think mode, there is still need for some space and just relaxing ‘doing without thinking’.

I guess when we start to look our lives in greater picture, i.e. week and month we should be more mindful to have of all these elements there to enjoy life and have production capability for tomorrow.

Reflecting upon the things that we get satisfaction from or enjoy will help to map out what activities and who people are the ones that you want to spend more time and on the other hand what activities or people to spend less time on.

The same answers do not really apply for day , week and a month level.
