What you get from life, depends on how well you train yourself


We tend to underestimate the power of habits all the time. Particularly because, when we are thinking of habits they are not really habits. Only when something becomes unconscious like part of your nature, is when you’ve reached another level in these.

In personal development scene one of sees these 30 day challenges etc. They are a good starting point and from there it is rather easy to continue.

In the term of habits even a year is rather short time. I guess I wouldn’t bother to say that any action that doesn’t continue at least a year wouldn’t be a habit at all.

In fact it’s so easy to quit and do something easier and more comfortable.

Yet it is exactly this that makes the difference: the training we give to ourselves becomes our habits.

This then over time becomes the life we want.
