Dealing with the Internal Dialogue with Why

 

why-1352167_640.pngBeing content with the opportunities we have is one thing, where making most of them is another.

Admittedly yesterday I had to ask myself why I am not performing as well as I wanted. Going through that internal dialogue certainly helped.

Merely by listing all the dialogue that comes with the question has a therapeutic effect. Even more most of the complaints and worries of the internal dialogue are just thoughts left there for too long without conscious interpretation.

I was asking myself simply: why I can’t do this? The answers were mostly just emotional packed words again, so the putting them on words helped me to deal with the blocks.
