Manage Time and Energy to Reach Your Goals


To reach goals each week in all areas of life we need to spend our limited time and energy wisely.

A lot about the achievement of goals I dependent on when we do things, so it’s about the intention of having the time for it. Time management is very important.

However, what I’ve come to realize to me time management alone is kind of dangerous way to think. When I am thinking purely only with the time aspect in mind, I’ve tendency to set too high expectations and end up feeling like a failure afterwards, even despite having achieved a lot.

Then I realized that the way to think would be to consider energy as well, because energy is the capacity to get the work done.

Time or energy alone are not sufficient, however together they are.

We cannot have more time, we all have 24 hours in a day.

We can develop our energy capacity until to a point, however even that will deteriorate with the old age.

Time to get priorities straight. What are your most important goals? How much time and energy you can spend on that?
