After a flowful work week, I’ve had the Saturday off to rest and ponder other things. However, my mind has still been running work stuff almost nonstop through the day. I’ve tried to find other things to think such as what to eat next, or trying to walk to clear my head, but these have worked only temporarily.
Now the most relaxing thought for me has bee.: the thoughts have only the power that I give them.
I don’t think I should attach to those thoughts, instead just acknowledge and move on.
All the things in life cannot be perfect, so it’s a constant struggle to balance our the resource of time.
Letting go of the ideas of perfection allows us to focus to the present, no need to worry about the future or the past, just the moment present.
